2025 Food & Curated Vendor Applications are now closed
January 13th: 2024 vendors will be emailed an application.
January 20th: Applications open to the public.
March 3rd: Applications close.
March 10th: All applicants will be notified if they are accepted, denied, or waitlisted.
March 17th: Vendor fee due.

2025 Vendor applications are now closed. If you would like to be a vendor for the 2026 festival, vendor applications generally open the January before the festival and you will be able to apply on our website. Our committee carefully goes over each application and selects the vendors and waitlists for our festival. Be sure to follow our social medias for vendors announcements for the 2026 festival.

Food vendor fee is $450.00.
Snack vendor fee is $225.00.
Curated vendor fee is $65.00.
Please note: 2025 Vendor Applications are closed. -
Pay non-refundable application fee of $10.
Vendor work must be original, handmade, or one-of-a-kind.
Applicant will submit 3-5 photos of items to be sold with application.
Payment is due once vendor receives admission approval packet.
Vendors are responsible for their own sales, sales tax (tax documents will be provided), and their own set up and take down.
Vendors must remain set up for the entire event, no early take-downs or late set-ups.
Artists/Makers from all regions/states are welcome to apply, however priority will be given to North Louisiana/Local artists.
