Vendor FAQs

Vendor applications will open February 2025 and you will be able to apply on our website. Our committee will carefully go over applications and select the vendors and waitlists for our 2025 festival. Make sure you are available June 7, 2025 for the festival and be sure to follow our social medias for vendors announcements.

Food vendor fee is $450.00

Pay non-refundable application fee of $10.
Vendor work must be original, handmade, or one-of-a-kind.
Applicant will submit 3-5 photos of items to be sold with application.
Payment is due once vendor receives admission approval packet.
Vendors are responsible for their own sales, sales tax (tax documents will be provided), and their own set up and take down.
Vendors must remain set up for the entire event, no early take-downs or late set-ups.
Artists/Makers from all regions/states are welcome to apply, however priority will be given to North Louisiana/Local artists.
